Just a few weeks ago, we shared Emmanuel’s exciting journey. Today, we’re delighted to introduce you to Cedric, one of 15 Flourish Rwanda children who are graduating from elementary school this year.

Cedric is currently taking Rwanda’s Primary Leaving Examinations, the national exams that mark the completion of elementary school and determine placement into secondary school — the equivalent of beginning middle school in the United States.

For Cedric, these exams represent much more than an academic milestone. They are the fruit of years of faithful investment by people like you.

“I want to thank my Flourish Rwanda supporters for your kindness and support. You paid my school fees, provided everything I needed for school, fed us, and taught us God’s Word, which has shaped my character. My friends and I are taking our national exams without worrying about being sent home for unpaid school fees or lacking the supplies we need because you have always provided for us. We are praying for excellent results. Please keep us in your prayers.”

Cedric’s words remind us that your generosity does far more than pay school fees. Through your faithful support, children receive an education, nutritious meals, biblical discipleship, healthcare, and the encouragement they need to discover the future God has prepared for them.

This year is especially exciting for the Flourish Rwanda family as 15 children are graduating from elementary school, 10 are graduating from middle school, and three are graduating from high school. Each graduation is a testimony to God’s faithfulness and to the incredible difference your partnership is making in the lives of vulnerable children.
